12WEEC: example of sustainability

The 12WEEC 2024 wants to set an example of sustainable congress and of how sustainable practices can be employed in big and important events.

Reducing paper usage, eliminating single-use plastic, employing a circular approach to waste management, promoting a plant-based diet with sustainable caterings: these are a few of many concrete actions that the Congress organisers decided to take in an effort to value sustainability. Leading by example, and showing the path towards a greener future.
